Built for the forecourt.

Station managers, supervisors, and depot reps capture shifts, deliveries, and expenses on their phone — with offline sync when MTN drops.

  • Open & close shifts with meter photos and GPS check
  • Receive fuel deliveries — compartment checks and optional tank dips
  • Log expenses with receipt photos; high-value items route to owner approval
  • Queue captures offline; syncs automatically when signal returns

Staff sign in with the email and password your owner provides. No public sign-up on mobile.

Most owners find out after the naira is gone.

Fuel shrinkage. Cash leakage. Short deliveries. By the time the week's paper books are in, the money is already out the door.

Short deliveries slip through

Depots under-dispatch. Without dip-before-and-after capture, you pay for fuel you never received.

Leaks hide in manual books

Cash variance surfaces days after a shift. By the time the pattern is obvious, the attendant has been stealing all week.

Ten stations, one of you

You can be at one station at a time. Without a single dashboard, the others are a black box until trouble arrives.

Capture, reconcile, alert — every shift.

01

Attendants capture at the pump

Opening and closing meter readings, tank dips, cash float — all through the phone app, all with photo plus GPS fence.

  • Meter photos with GPS at shift start/end
  • Google Vision OCR validates readings server-side
  • Works offline — syncs when signal returns
02

Server reconciles in one second

The moment the shift closes, dual reconciliation runs. Cash variance, wet stock variance, delivery shortfalls — all flagged, all tied to the worker.

  • Litres × price = expected revenue
  • Opening dip + deliveries − sales = expected stock
  • Over threshold → Exception
03

WhatsApp tells you

You don't open the app to find problems. Problems find you — in plain English, on the app you already use all day.

  • 6 PM daily digest per owner
  • Real-time alerts when a shift is flagged
  • Expense approvals over ₦50,000 ping your GM

One dashboard. Every station. Every variance, visible.

Straight, no fluff.

Built by operators. If something isn't here, the short answer is: yes, we thought about it.

Who uses the mobile app vs the web dashboard?

Station managers, supervisors, and depot reps use the iPhone/Android app for shifts, deliveries, and expenses. Owners and GMs use the web dashboard at app.fueldip.app for portfolio view, approvals, trends, and exports. Everyone signs in with email and password.

How do I get an account?

FuelDipis B2B — your organization's owner creates your account and assigns your role. There is no public self-sign-up on the mobile app. Contact hello@fueldip.app if your station group wants to join the pilot.

Will this work when my network is down?

Yes. The phone app queues every meter reading, dip, expense, and delivery locally when there's no data. When signal returns it syncs in order, with server-side idempotency keys so nothing double-posts.

Can attendants fake the meter reading?

The worker types a number AND captures a photo with GPS fence. Google Vision OCR reads the photo server-side. If the OCR disagrees with the typed value by more than 2%, an exception is raised and you get a WhatsApp alert.

What about volatile PMS prices?

Each shift is pinned to the price window active when it opened. Price changes happen at shift close and open — so litres × price stays consistent even when PMS moves mid-day.

How do expense approvals work?

Expenses above ₦50,000 (except routine categories like transport and generator diesel) require owner approval. GMs get a WhatsApp alert when approval is needed.

How do I onboard a new station?

Slimprep provisions your tenant, stations, tanks, pumps, and staff from a single JSON spec. Your owners only see their own data — tenant isolation enforced at middleware AND database level.

What does it cost to run?

₦25,000 per station per month, all included. You'll pay far less to FuelDipthan you're losing to unreconciled variance.

Stop guessing. Start knowing.
