These terms govern use of FuelDip software and services provided by Slimprep (“we”). By using the Service, your organization agrees to these terms.
The Service
FuelDip provides filling-station management tools including mobile capture, reconciliation, reporting, and alerts. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
Access is provided to authorized staff by your organization’s account owner. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate station operations.
- Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data or disrupt the Service.
- Ensure photos and records submitted are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Subscription & billing
Pricing is per station unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed to the account owner. We may suspend access for non-payment after notice.
Data & privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data. Your organization retains ownership of operational data entered into FuelDip.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Reconciliation outputs depend on accurate inputs from your team.
