FuelDip (“we”, “us”) is operated by Slimprep. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FuelDip web dashboard, mobile apps, and related services (the “Service”).
Who we serve
FuelDip is a business-to-business product. Accounts are created by your employer (station owner or operator). If you use FuelDip as an employee, your organization controls what data is collected and how it is used for operations.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, role, and station assignment.
- Operational data — shift records, meter readings, tank dips, deliveries, expenses, photos, and financial entries you submit through the Service.
- Location data — when you start or end a shift or log a delivery, we may verify you are at the assigned station (with your permission).
- Photos — images you capture for meter readings, receipts, waybills, and similar records.
- Device & usage — basic technical logs (app version, errors) to keep the Service reliable.
How we use information
- Run shift reconciliation, fraud detection, and reporting for your organization.
- Send operational alerts (including WhatsApp notifications configured by your employer).
- Provide support and improve the Service.
- Meet legal and security obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, email, WhatsApp delivery, OCR) under contract. Data is isolated per tenant — your organization’s data is not visible to other customers.
Retention
Operational records are retained as long as your organization’s subscription is active and as required for audit and legal purposes.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to hello@fueldip.app.
Your rights
Contact your employer or hello@fueldip.app to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under local law.
